We will close the gown order rental site on the following dates for each campus:
Windsor Campus: Mon. May 23, 2025. (Last day for order cancellation for Windsor Campus is May 26, 2025)
Chatham Campus : Mon. May 30, 2025. (Last day for order cancellation for Windsor Campus is June 02, 2025)
Ace Acumen Academy: Wed., June 6, 2025. (Last day for order cancellation for Ace Acumen Academy is June 11, 2025.)
Those who did not preorder can rent Onsite. Onsite rental charge (CASH ONLY) : $35.00 plus a deposit of $40.00.
Cap, Tassel & Golden Year Tag is a souvenir package . (The Cap and Tassel is not to be worn during the convocation ceremony).
All Pre-Orders will be delivered and distributed at the Venue, 2 hours before the Convocation.
Gown Return Policy: Rented gowns must be returned immediately after the ceremony ends. A late return fee of $3.00 per day will apply, up to a maximum charge of $25.00. A replacement fee of $50.00 will be charged for the missing gowns.
